21 Day Fix Extreme Workouts and 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan, Marissa Myers, registered nurse anesthetist

It is day TWO of the 21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan and Workouts coach test group. First off,  I can already tell it is going to be an INCREDIBLE experience being a part of this coach test group. If you ever have the opportunity to participate in one of these test groups definitely jump on it. There are a TON of inspiring and motivating people in this group and it just makes we want to push harder. Today was second day of workouts and I must say yesterday I felt like throwing up but today was better. I am already a little sore from my workout yesterday. I choose to up my weights from what I normally would do.  I felt like it pushed me but it wasn’t too much for me to handle. If you have been following my journey at all you know I competed in the Beachbody Classic Bikini Competition last June. I used the Body Beast workout and the 21 Day Fix meal plan to prepare for the competition. I was already lifting heavy weights with Body Beast so you may want to start with lower weights and work your way up. You can try what you think would be good for you and if is too easy or too hard you can adjust with the next round. I am sure I will be feeling some soreness tomorrow. The 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts are tough but definitely doable and if you can’t do the whole entire workout stick with the modifier Charisse.

As far as the meal plan I was able to stick to Autumn Calabrese’s meal plan 100%. It was tough but I didn’t give up.  Instead of craving chocolate now I am craving more fruit!  I guess this is why it works when you are eating clean right? I made it through the day without any cheats so I am feeling pretty good about that. I am totally NOT one to be scale obsessed but I am going to weigh myself everyday during this test group to show people what they can expect with this program. Today I am down 2 pounds already. This is pretty awesome but I know it is just water weight and I don’t expect the weight to come off that fast.

As far as sleep goes, I haven’t been sleeping that well at night. I do not believe it has anything to do with the 21 Day Fix Extreme meal plan or workouts. A lot of exciting stuff has been happening on my team and I will be traveling in a few shorts weeks to give a business presentation to the beachbody community in Temecula, California. I am really excited about it and also a little anxious to finish the presentation. I want to make sure I have time to practice before the actual meeting. I think the tossing and turning is totally unrelated to the 21 Day Fix Extreme.  If you have given any thought to starting the 21 Day Fix meal plan and workouts we will be starting an online support and accountability group in 2 weeks.
