Well, I am not allowed to share any specific product information about the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts or meal plan quite yet since it won’t even be launched until February 2015. I am however allowed to share what my experience has been in the 21 Day Fix Extreme coach test group to support you in better preparing for it when it is launched!  So first let me start by telling you I was having MAJOR anxiety about being a part of the Fix Extreme coach test group. I know! I know! I have done ALMOST every single Beachbody workout program out there but this is called Fix EXTREME. I figure it is going to live up to it’s name, right? I have also been doing a MODIFIED 21 Day Fix meal plan for quite some time now and it is challenging for me to stick to it for 21 days straight. I do really well during the week but then on the weekends I have a few too many “treat meals.” I am NOT saying that I completely BLOW IT on the weekends but I don’t really stick to the appropriate number of carbs for my calorie bracket. I love my carbs!  You can tell from my before pictures I am more than a little bloated from traveling for the Beachbody Leadership Retreat in Scotsdale, Arizona last week. I am sure the 21 Day Fix Extreme will fix that! 🙂

Being part of this 21 Day Fix Extreme TEST GROUP means my habit of too many “treat meals” is going to need to be kicked to the curb. That combined with the name EXTREME has me feeling like this is going to be a BIG challenge for me. That being said, I have figured out how to make it less scary. I have planned out my ENTIRE week with times I am going to workout and eat and I even made a calendar with all my meals planned out for the week. While I can’t share the calendar with you, that would give away too much about the program, I can share a sample 21 DAY FIX Meal Plan one of my teammates has made. I tweaked it a bit to make it fit the extreme plan and I am all set and ready to go.

I went grocery shopping over the weekend and stocked up on all the CLEAN foods I will need for this week.  I also engage in the online support and accountability group DAILY for motivation and to ask the other coaches questions. Even though I am nervous, I am also EXCITED because I work much harder when I have a goal in mind. My goal with this group is to do the program EXACTLY as laid out so others can see what this program can really do for them! 🙂 Does this program sound like it’s something you would want to complete? If so, Team Aloha will be doing an online support and accountability group for the regular 21 Day Fix starting Monday September 29th as well as at the end of October.
