21 Day Fix Extreme Workouts
First of all, my upper body is SORE! The part that is most sore is the muscles right in front of my armpits. I didn’t even know we had muscles there. Apparently we do and Autumn Calabrese workout’s will make us sore in this particular muscle. I am going to be honest, when I looked at the 21 Day Fix Extreme schedule I thought of Yoga and Pilates as active rest days. I don’t know if this is going to be the case with these workouts! I think I will need to use the foam roller to releave these sore muscles. I don’t feel pain…just soreness which is a good sign.
21 Day Fix Meal Plan
As far as meal planning and preparation it is totally doable. It seemed intimidating at first but I have been able to stick to it and I am not that good at following meal plans. I have been able to eat a wide variety of foods, although, I am one of those people that can eat the same thing everyday for a week and then switch it up the following week. I fill up my water bottle every morning and make sure I drink at least 4 of them. FYI my water bottle is 16 ounces. It is recommend to drink you body weight, divided by 2, in ounces for any workout program. You may need to drink more water for more intense programs!
21 Day Fix Extreme Progress
As far as progress goes, my weight actually went up from yesterday. I know this is probably just water weight but it can be a little discouraging to see other people in the 21 Day Fix Extreme coach test group losing pounds already. Now I know exactly how my clients feel when this happens to them. I am not going to let myself get discouraged though. I will keep going! This program isn’t launched until February 2015 but if you want to get started with the 21 Day Fix or any other Beachbody workout program in the meantime please fill out the questionnaire below.
