21 Day Fix Healthy Dessert Recipe

I saw this 21 Day Fix healthy dessert recipe on one of my friend’s Facebook pages and I had to share. She calls it “shake cake” which I think is a pretty fitting description. You can really make it as healthy as you like. If you use just the egg, almond milk and protein it might not taste as sweet but will have less calories and sugar. I am going to share with you the way I like my 21 Day Fix healthy dessert and you can modify as you see fit. This is my go-to when I am having an out of control chocolate craving and I don’t want to cave and eat candy, cake, ice cream or any other sweets. It does the trick for me! 🙂

21 Day Fix Healthy Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:

1 egg white (you can use a whole egg if you like. I do both)
1 scoop chocolate vegan shakeology
2 tablespoons organic almond milk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of raw organic honey
organic peanut butter (optional)

Directions:

In a microwavable cup mix egg or egg white, almond milk and 1 scoop chocolate vegan Shakeology. Add baking powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well. You can add a small amount of peanut butter in the center if you want to but I have not tried it this way. Place cup in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds until fully cooked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!

21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME equivalents: 1.5 red containers. You aren’t supposed to use honey in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME so you would need to remove that to make it 21 Day Fix EXTREME approved!
