21 Day Fix Women’s Transformation Stories

Meet some of our Team Aloha challengers and coaches. The have lost several pounds AND inches in 21 days with the 21 day fix. While the number on the scale did drop SOME the progress photos are MUCH more remarkable than the pounds lost. I always tell new clients NOT to weigh themselves for at least 21 days or even a month. Many women become ADDICTED to weighing themselves everyday and watching for that number to go down. This can be positive for some but for most if that number is not budging they give up because they think it isn’t working for them. This is NOT true! I have done my OWN test with this. I weigh myself EVERY morning when I wake up with the SAME SCALE at the SAME TIME and I can literally gain or lose 3-5 pounds in ONE DAY. Seriously?! So this is why I say to THROW THE SCALE AWAY. Stop judging how you feel about yourself based upon the number on that little machine. This is ANOTHER reason I always advise my clients to take before pictures. You may not see the progress on the scale but you WILL see them in your photos and measurements. These are ALWAYS much better indicators of your progress than the scale.
