What can I expect from my 22 Minute Hard Corps week 6 workouts?
First and foremost, I would like to say that I love 22 Minute Hard Corps Resistance 3 and Cardio 3 and Core 2. As much as I have loved the beginning workouts, I was starting to get a little tired of them and was starting to think about not finishing this program. While I would not have given up on 22 Minute Hard Corps this time around, I was happy when I saw the more advanced workouts on the calendar this week.
Another decision I made this week was to trade out Core 2 for Special Ops Core. No doubt it is a bit longer than the Core 2 workout, 16 minutes versus 11 minutes, but it challenged me in a whole new way. In my opinion, if you find yourself bored of the Core 1 and Core 2 workout, try the Special Ops Abs workout using Beachbody On Demand instead.
How do I know what size weight to use for my 22 Minute Hard Corps week 6 workouts?
For the majority of this workout program, I have used only 5 and 12.5 pound weights. Actually for the majority of the moves, I have been using 12.5 pound weights. In fact, the only move I have really utilized the 5 pound weights is with the lunge thrusts in Resistance 3. Even so, I believe I am pretty strong and I push myself to be challenge, meaning you might want to start with something lighter and work your way up!

How can I start my 22 Minute Hard Corps Transformation?
To begin your 22 Minute Hard Corps transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge Group application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).
My guess is it will be somewhere in Europe because Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand. Being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.
Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! No one can say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
