What can I expect from my 22 Minute Hard Corps week 7 workouts?
While this is my second attempt at completing this program, it is only my FIRST I actually made it to week 7! In the past, I attempted this program ONCE and I barely made it past week 3. As a result, I decided to take an extra rest day once a week and double my workout one day to makeup for my missed workout. Therefore, I worked out 5 days a week versus 6 days a week. Consequently, that felt better to me and doubling up one day made my workout 44 minutes instead of 22 minutes.
In addition, I expected that I was going to be bored with my workouts this week but I found that I continued to keep it interesting by challenging myself further. Most likely, you will have the moves down from the more advanced workouts – resistance 3, cardio 3 and core 2. Hence, you will continue to be challenged just like you were in week 1.
How do I know what size weight to use for my 22 Minute Hard Corps week 7 workouts?
Week 7 is the first week I have been able to INCREASE my weights and I plan to continue the increase into week 8. Resistance 3 lunge thrusts were extremely difficult for me in the beginning, and I used the lowest weight I have – 5 pounds. Upping my weight to 7.5 pounds was challenging but I was able to get through the majority of the repetitions. When I couldn’t lift my arms any longer, I dropped back down to 5 pounds and continued until I completed ALL reps. For the other weighted moves in Resistance 3, I used 12.5 pound weights.

How can I start my 22 Minute Hard Corps Transformation?
To begin your 22 Minute Hard Corps transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge Group application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).
My guess is it will be somewhere in Europe because Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand. Being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.
Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! No one can say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
