Core De Force DELUXE MMA Power and Core Kinetics

When I see these two together I get a little nervous AND excited. They MMA Power is one of the toughest MMA inspired workouts for me. Then, add on two rounds of abs with Core Kinetics and it becomes even MORE tough! It doesn’t get easier but we do gain strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance as we work our way through Core De Force. This means that we can just handle the harder works like pros a little better.

I know that many of us think we are just going to coast until the new year but my advice for you is NOT to do that. I feel this is one of the unhealthiest times of year as far as nutrition goes. There are lots of holiday parties where we are eating and drinking extra processed sugary calories that we would not normally eat and drink. If we coast until the new year we are going to be setting ourselves so far back from our goals, it is going to make it even MORE tough in January to reach towards them.

I am sure Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews would agree that now is NOT the time to stop your workouts. Yes, you may have a few extra “treat” meals but wouldn’t it be better to work those extra calories off in a tough workout like Core De Force DELUXE MMA Power and Core Kinetics. You can really add Core Kinetics to the end of any of you workouts. It doesn’t have to only be when you are doing Core De Force. Even if you JUST do Core Kinetics then at least you get 15 minutes of core work in. It is better then nothing. Every little bit is better then just coasting until the new year.

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 15

I attended a house warming party and I made homemade veggie frittata. Would you like me to share the recipe? If so, I can post it up on the blog tomorrow! 🙂 I honestly can’t remember what I ate all day yesterday and at the party. I know I had a big plate of lots of carbs and 2 glasses of win. I also can’t remember if I had my Shakeology or not. I know for sure my morning routine was Beachbody Performance Energize, then my workout and then Beachbody Performance Recover. After that, it is all a blur.

Here is my Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan for day 15 (the hearts are the 21 Day Fix Container Equivalents):

9:00 Beachbody Performance Energize
9:30 Core De Force MMA Power and Core Kinetics
10:45 Beachbody Performance Recover ❤️
