Core De Force Review Day 18 Power Sculpt Workout

I LOVE the Core De Force Power Sculpt Workout. I don’t know what it is but it goes by so fast and I feel like I get stronger by the end of it. It is 37 minutes of total body conditioning and strength training. I was already dripping sweat by the end of Power Sculpt but adding the in Core De Force 5 Minute Core On The Floor Workout had my mat COVERED with drops of sweat! I didn’t sweat much before this program was launched.  I love that it makes me sweat because I feel like I am getting a really good workout that way!

So far, I love that the Core De Force Program doesn’t have all elbow-knee combinations and punching and kicking like Les Mills Combat did. It has some punching and kicking and some strength training and body conditioning exercises. I think if it were straight elbow-knee combinations without the spikes or strength workouts in between I would easily be bored. I can honestly say on day 18, I am NOT bored. This coming from someone who usually is bored of a program within the first 30 days. I know I am not on day 30 yet, but I am already thinking I am going to do another round or Core De Force.

I am still noticing my biggest changes are more STRENGTH and cardiovascular ENDURANCE. My goal by the end of the 30 days is still to be able to complete all the exercises without modifying. Now, I have a new goal to complete the 5 Minute Core On The Floor Workout on my feet the entire time. As of right now, I still have to modify!

Review Core De Force Meal Plan Day 18

The last couple of days I have gotten a little side tracked on my eating. I haven’t been eating enough clean foods and been overdoing on processed foods. This doesn’t derail me though. I just make minor adjustments and get back on track. It is not the end of the world and I don’t beat myself up over it.

Here is my Core De Force Meal Plan for day 18 (the hearts are the 21 Day Fix Container Equivalents):

9:00 Core De Force Power Sculpt & 5 Minute Core On The Floor
10:00 Beachbody Performance Recover ❤️
