Core De Force DELUXE Calendar MMA Kick Butt
This was my FIRST time completing the Core De Force DELUXE MMA Kick Butt workout. I looked at the time and thought I was going to be in for a bit of a less challenging workout today. I should have learned from completing the other 2 Core De Force DELUXE workouts – Agility Power and Agility Strength – that no matter the time, these workouts are super challenging.
For me, it seems they added in some extra cardio to the elbow-knee combinations in MMA Kick Butt so the 3-minute rounds are RELENTLESS. For me it meant less recovery during the MMA inspired moves and then you go right back into your 30-second cardio spike. DDAAANNNGG!!
Be prepared to WORK! I think you will LOVE the new challenge and the new progressions in this workout. Just know it might be a little more challenging then you have been used to in the first 30 days of your Core De Force base calendar. I think I sweat more with this workout then I sweat with ANY of the other Core De Force workouts. I was DRIPPING!

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 10
Today was not one of my BEST days as far as eating goes. I ate too many carbs and fat and not enough greens. This is NOT the Core De Force eating plan but part of me posting these blog posts daily is to be honest with you about how I am eating. I want you to know that I don’t eat perfectly and I don’t feel that you have to in order to be in great shape. It is about balance and I have found mine. I hope to help you find yours as well!
Here is my Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan for day 10 (the hearts are the 21 Day Fix Container Equivalents):
7:30 Vegan Chocolate Shakeology, 8 Ounces Almond Milk, 1/2 Banana, 1 T PB2, Handful Of Spinach ❤️💚💜
9:30 Whole Wheat Bagel With Cream Cheese 💛💛💙
1:00 Ice Cream 💛💛💙
6:00 Feta, Spinach & Sweet Potato Quiche 1💙💚💛❤️
