Core De Force DELUXE Calendar Dynamic Strength
Not everyday is going to be our best day but everyday we can give it our best. Today, was one of those days that was NOT my best day. My energy levels were really good lately but now the too a nose dive. I am not sure if it is because I am on my moon cycle or if it is because I haven’t been eating the best lately. I am guessing it is probably a combination of both.
In the past, I would have been like awe my energy stinks so I am just going to skip my workout until I am feeling more up to it. BUT I made a commitment to myself and my online health, fitness and personal development accountability group that I was going to complete another 30 days of the Core De Force DELUXE program. I also have been posting my videos of my workouts PUBLICLY on my Facebook wall, IG and YouTube daily. I find this has really given me a lot of accountability because I know it is inspiring a lot of people to take that first step to a healthier lifestyle.
I know for sure if not for the support and accountability of my online groups and my clients and team, I would not have made it this far on my journey. I am notorious for giving up on a program before it is over OR getting to the second round and just half assing it. I am happy to report that the accountability isn’t just working for my clients but it is working for me too!
I could barely do 5 sphinx blasters in this workout. A couple of weeks ago when I was doing more then TEN. I could get down on myself and say I am losing strength or whatever BS story I want to tell myself. OR I could just accept that today I was a little low energy and weak. It is just a moment in time, not the overall theme of my life.
This is an important message because I think sometimes when we get knocked down we start making up stories that it is ALWAYS that way. When the REALITY is that it is JUST a moment in time and not the overall picture of our lives. I am sure anyone can see themselves in this message because we have all been there!

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 11
Yesterday wasn’t my best day as far as nutrition goes. I am sure my workout today suffered because of it. I am happy to stay I got back on track and my nutrition is improving so hopefully my energy levels will improve as well over the next couple of days.
