So I was working my one day a week as a Nurse Anesthetist today – delivering anesthesia for patients undergoing surgery in the operating room. I set my alarm for 5:45 but I woke up at 4:45 and got my workout in. I said 5:45 in the video but it was actually 4:45.
To be honest, this was NOT planned AT ALL.
I was having a dream where something was happening and I woke up TOTALLY startled out of my sleep! I looked at the clock and it was 4:45. I was wide awake and had to be up in an hour…let me back up for a minute…
I usually come home EXHAUSTED after a day of delivering anesthesia and that is what I was doing today – working as CRNA. A friend told me last night at dinner, I need to CHANGE MY ROUTINE to let go of this story that I am always exhausted after anesthesia work.
So, I changed it alright. I got up at the butt crack of dawn and got my workout in BEFORE work. It was TOUGH and my energy wasn’t 100% but I did my best and got it in.
I’ll tell you what…I had a LOT more energy during the day and I was more focused on my work. I did come home a bit wiped out but there was less of a recovery time today.
So my point is working out doesn’t have to be something extra that makes you tired and takes time away from the things you love. It actually is a way to ENHANCE your energy and your life if you will just stay committed and GET MOVING for 30 minutes per day a few times a week.

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 12
The only time you will ever see me eat perfectly for any amount of time is if I am in a Beachbody Coach Test Group. The last time I ate perfectly for 21 days was when I was in the 21 Day Fix EXTREME Coach Test group. Otherwise, I keep a more balanced approach to my eating and still maintain my health and results. I had a few too many yellows today but I did reduce my purples, reds and greens by 1 each. Not necessarily the required micros and macros but still probably within my caloric range.
