So I know I shared with you that my energy was low the past couple of days. I was excited to wake up today and FINALLY my energy is back to a normal level. I truly despise feeling lethargic and tired. I used to feel that way ALL THE TIME when I worked full-time as a Nurse Anesthetist. I literally felt like a walking zombie…always just going through the motions to make it to the next day and always wanting to sleep.
Now that I don’t work full time as a CRNA, drink Shakeology everyday, workout at least 5 times a week and eat a lot cleaner, my energy has really improved. I still have those days when my energy is low and it is usually related to not eating well, not getting enough sleep, stressing over something, or when I am close to my moon cycle. I think this time it was a combination of all of those things but usually it only lasts for a couple of days now and then I get my energy back.
If you are having issues with your energy levels while you are working your way through this program, I HIGHLY recommend using Beachbody Performance Supplements like Beachbody Performance Energize and Beachbody Performance Recover. I like the Beachbody Performance Recover orange flavor better then chocolate.

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 13
I am such a creature of habit and you will notice that I rotate a lot of the same things into my eating plan. I will make a big batch of something and eat it several times that week and then I won’t make that for a while. The following week, I will make a big batch of something else and eat that several times until I am sick of it. For the most part, I eat simple, healthy meals and snacks that don’t take long to prepare. I usually have one cooked meal that takes longer to prepare but like I said, I make a bunch so I can eat leftovers of it for several days.
