Core De Force DELUXE Agility Strength and 5 Minute Core On The Floor
I normally jump out of bed, drink a full 26 ounces of water from my swell water bottle and then drink my pre-workout Beachbody Performance Energize. Today, was one of those days where I got out of bed and started thinking about how tired I was and how I didn’t want to work out. I went out twice this weekend, was around a lot of people and stayed up later then I normally do.
On Friday night, I attended the first ever Gala De Latino De Beachbody. This was an event with other successful latino Beachbody Coaches network to celebrate our success this year locally. It was all you can eat appetizers and sangria on a ferry dinner boat from 8 PM to midnight in Miami. I am normally in bed by 10 or 11. Being that it was in Miami, I didn’t get home until 1 AM and didn’t get to bed until 1:30 AM. This is a late night for me!
Last night, I attended one of my closest friends housewarming parties. There was so much food and wine that I truly stuffed my face! In fact, I don’t think I will be able to share my Core De Force Eating Plan with you today because i can’t remember everything I ate! This was another 1 AM bedtime for me and my body is just not used to that.
It makes total sense why I woke up so tired this morning! If I would have gotten back on my routine of drinking my water, drinking my pre-workout Beachbody Performance Energize and getting my workout done, I probably could have reset my body and got back onto my normal schedule. Instead, I didn’t workout in the morning. In fact, I lazed around all day and thought about how I was too tired and was going to skip it.
At around 9 PM at night, when I should have been getting ready for bed, I finally decided to get my workout done. This kept me up later then I normally would stay up because I was too wired to get to sleep. Now, it will probably take me one more night to reset my body and get back into my routine.

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 16
My eating plan was quite off today since I had a lot of leftovers to eat and I wasn’t really following the Core De Force eating plan. I also skipped my Beachbody Performance Energize and Beachbody Performance Recover because I worked out so late at night! There is really no reason for not drinking my Shakeology other then my own inability to drink it today!
