Core De Force DELUXE MMA Kick Butt and Core Kinetics
I believe MMA Kick Butt is one of the workouts that makes me sweat the most in this program. How I would describe this advanced workout is that they add Jericho McMatthews adds some additional cardio into the elbow-knee combinations. This means you are working even harder during these and you have less time to recover before the 30-second spikes.
I didn’t know what to expect with this combo of workouts – MMA Kick Butt and Core Kinetics. Once I completed it I feel it was a really great combo to pair these two workouts together. I was a sweaty mess after my MMA Kick Butt workout but I still had the energy and endurance to complete Core Kinetics.
Core Kinetics is one of my all time favorite 15 minute ab routines. I am still struggling to complete the entire 15 minutes without modifying. The move that really gets me is the one legged circle kicks. I have a hard time doing the full 25 seconds on each side without putting one foot on the floor.
It might sound crazy but I also struggle with the hip dips. For whatever reason my feet don’t want to stay together on the floor and I slide down on this move. I have a longer torso then most and I wonder if this makes the move more challenging for me.
I feel you fly through both of these workouts. MMA Kick Butt is so fast and you are being challenged so much that you don’t really have time to think about it and it is over. Core Kinetics flies by because you keep flipping over from your back to your stomach and before you know it you are done. I like workouts that feel like they fly by. I mean I like to workout but I like the feeling of being done with my workout more. I love the endorphins and energy it gives me. I love feeling like I did something good for my body and my health!

It seems with the holidays approaching I am not 100% following my normal 80/20 rule. I have one good day of eating and then one or two not so good days! Today was one of the good days!
