Core De Force DELUXE Agility Power and 5 Minute Core On The Floor
I love, love, LOVE the Core De Force DELUXE Agility workouts. You look at the time and think you are going to have it easy because they are shorter. However, they are short and to the point. You may actually find that they are more challenging than some of the longer workouts.
One thing I do to keep my ladder in place is I tape it down to the tile floor with packing tape. I make a square of tape around each end of the ladder. This seems to work well to keep it in place even if you slide on it with your foot or your toe. A friend of mine text me this week and said she was getting frustrated with these workouts because her agility ladder was going everywhere. This is my best tip for keeping it in place and not having it being kicked everywhere when you workout. I am not sure how you can do this on carpet since I am not sure if the tape will hold but you could try.
This week has been very up and down for me emotionally as I am getting ready to move out of the townhouse I have been renting for 2 years and into my very own house! I have been waiting for this day for 36 years…not really but I have been looking forward to being a home owner for a while now. This has added another layer of stress to my life especially considering the holidays are around the corner. I am working on breathing a lot and remaining connected to God and The Universe in order to relieve some of the stress I am feeling.
I have noticed these big changes that are coming up have made my energy shift up and down with my emotional state. The one thing I have remained consistent with is my workouts, even when I don’t want to do them. They have helped to be a stress reliever as well. My point is not to treat working out as if it is something EXTRA that you HAVE TO do. Treat it like it is something that is going to make your life happier, healthier, better, richer and more full of energy!
