I am not going to lie, this was one of my LEAST favorite MMA inspired workouts in my first month of Core De Force. I’ll be honest, it was most only because it was the MOST challenging for me. The longer, 12 round, MMA inspired workouts were already challenging and then you add in some plyo and wow! I said it WAS one of my LEAST favorite because now that I am better at it, I have learned to LOVE it!

The new moves that we are introduced to in MMA Plyo are the superman punches and the flying knees. At first, they may not seem like they are going to be a lot more challenging. However, after you have been jumping around in the elbow-knee combination for a bit, you are expected to give it all you got in a 30-second spike. This is sure to be a challenge for anyone.

The beauty of the Core De Force program is that if you are not yet ready to do all of the jumping around, there are modifications. You can just take the jumping out and it will lower the impact on your body. Please don’t feel like you won’t get a good workout if you follow the modifications.

Core De Force is designed to give you a good workout no matter what. You have the ability to push yourself to go faster, punch harder and kick higher in order to elevate your heart rate and test your cardiovascular endurance! There is something for EVERYONE and this program works if YOU work it!

Review Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan Day 19

My nutrition has been hit or miss lately with the holidays coming in and the stress eating with my move coming up. I have never 100% followed the Core De Force eating plan but it has been a little more cheats and treats then I would have liked lately.

I try to be as honest with you as possible about my nutrition but something I want to share is I usually skip my workouts on days I am eating poorly. There is something about eating well and working out that go hand in hand. This means you aren’t seeing my worst days of eating. Those days usually consist of too many cheats, treats and processed carbs and not enough fruits and veggies.

Here is my Core De Force DELUXE Eating Plan for day 19 (the hearts are the 21 Day Fix Container Equivalents):
