Core De Force DELUXE Calendar Dynamic Strength Review

When I started this program I couldn’t do a single sphinx blaster on my toes. At the end of the first 30 days I was able to do AT LEAST 10 on my toes. I also had to modify the majority of the pushups the first time I tried this workout. Now, I am doing the entire workout with ZERO modifications. I remember reaching out to Joel Freeman right after my first attempt at Core De Force Dynamic Strength and telling him I had a love/hate relationship with this workout. Now I can honestly say I have grown to ONLY love it and look forward to it every time.

If you are having a hard time with the pushups or any of the moves really, my best advice is to MODIFY and also to SLOW DOWN your pace. I know sometimes we are bull headed and we want to push ourselves to do it the unmodified way. The thing is, if we push ourselves too hard we could end up with an injury. The LAST thing you want when you are working your way through a Beachbody workout program or any workout program really is an injury. It sets you back BIG TIME and it stinks not being able to workout because of something you yourself caused. Trust me when I tell you, you are still getting an extremely HARD workout even when you modify.

If you have been modifying for a while and you want to take your Dynamic Strength workout up a notch, try doing as much as you can unmodified first. Then, when you cannot go anymore shift to the modified version. I think Jericho McMatthews actually talks about this in one of the workouts. Once you are able to complete every exercise unmodified, then you can SPEED UP your pace. This is why the workouts never get easy, we just get better. We just have to keep pushing ourselves harder. That is what I do! 🙂

I again am posting this blog post late and can’t remember what I ate for the rest of the day so I am simply showing you how I start my morning. I also have been overeating a lot considering it is a holiday weekend and I have a lot of leftovers I need to finish before I head out to Las Vegas for the Eric Worre Go Pro Mastery Event with Tony Robbins and Sir Richard Branson this weekend. I promise to get back to food journaling again soon so you can get a good idea of what it is I eat!
