Core De Force DELUXE Dynamic Strength and 5 Minute Core On The Floor
This first time I did Core De Force Dynamic Strength I was like are you serious?! There are like TWELVE different pushup varations in the 12 rounds of Dynamic Strength. When you first start, you think the beginning pushups are TOUGH and then they keep progressing and getting harder.
My best advice is to MODIFY when needed. If this is your FIRST time completing this workout, you may even want to modify from the start in order to ensure that you get through the entire 12 rounds. If you push yourself too hard in the beginning pushups you might not have the strength left to do the ones at the end.
Now, I am NOT saying not to push yourself. I definitely think no matter what workout you are doing you need to push yourself. One vital emotion that we as humans want to experience is PROGRESS. You may need to modify the majority of the pushups in the beginning but TRUST ME if you stick to the program for 30 days you WILL see progress. You might not be perfect but you will progress. When we stretch ourselves and grow, not only do we feel good about what we are doing but we also inspire others to push past THEIR limits.
Don’t be afraid to share your journey with your challenge group, friends, family and even on social media. This will help you stay more accountable to your goals as you are publicly sharing that you are working your way through this program AND you might just inspire someone to join you on this journey.
