Core De Force DELUXE Power Sculpt and 5 Minute Core On The Floor
Power Sculpt has grown to be one of my FAVORITE Core De Force workouts. You get in and get out and it flies by. It is 37 minutes in length with 9 rounds of work. Expect to complete the first 4 rounds and really learn the moves. Then for round 5 thru 8 we repeat the first 4 rounds and we have the moves down. This means we can push harder, go faster and pay closer attention to our form. With any new workout program it may take a few tries to really get the moves down.
No matter how short or long your Core De Force workout, always come to it expecting to WORK! Even the shorter workouts like MMA Speed and MMA Shred are still crazy challenging. Once you are deep into the program you can keep challenging yourself by doing more repetitions in those shorter workouts. This way they will never feel easy to you. Same thing with Core De Force Power Sculpt. I can feel myself getting stronger each time I complete this workout and you will too.
Again never be afraid to follow along with Jess, the modifier, when needed. This will help you tailor the Core De Force workouts to your level and abilities. You will still complete a very challenging workout even if you follow Jess the entire time. This will also help to prevent injury and keep you going longer in your workouts!
