Core De Force DELUXE MMA Kick Butt and Core Kinetics

I worked my anesthesia shift today and I usually would NOT workout on these days. However, I don’t want to get behind on my Core De Force workout schedule so I pushed myself to get it done. Here is what I learned through this experience: we create thoughts in our minds that just aren’t true and then we make them true by acting them out.

I have this thought in mind about when I work my once a week shift as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist that I am too tired to workout or do anything really. In the last couple of weeks, I have been setting the intention that I am NOT too tired after my anesthesia shirt to do things. I put the thought in mind that I COULD workout right after my shift and I would NOT be too tired.

Then, immediately when I came home, I took care of my animals while I drank my pre-workout Beachbody Performance Energize. This doesn’t take long to kick in but I feel it is at it’s peak with 15 to 30 minutes. I started to feel energy right away and there was no stopping me.

My point is…if we create in our mind that we can do things the action plan to allow us to do those things will present itself. I never really thought of drinking my pre-workout right when I arrived home from my shift. Once I set the intention that I was going to complete my workout after my shift NO MATTER WHAT, the thought to drink my pre-workout immediately upon arriving home came to me. We are only limited by our own creativity!
