Core De Force DELUXE Agility Strength & 5 Minute Core On The Floor
I can’t get over how much I love these Core De Force Agility workouts. They go by so dang quick. Time flies when you are having fun, right?! The agility workouts are short and sweet but they pack a mean punch (no pun intended)! I always think I am going to be able to go so much faster in this workouts because of their length. I end up having to slow down quite a bit to be able to complete it without dying!
Now that I have almost completed the full 30 days of Core De Force DELUXE, I must say I thought the first month of the Core De Force base calendar was harder for me. I am not sure if it is because I was less in shape when I started the first round OR maybe the DELUXE calendar is slightly less challenging. I am going to guess it is the former, however, I think with the shorter agility workouts it seems like less work.
If you have already completed 30 days of Core De Force or even if this is your first 30 days, I HIGHLY recommend completing 30 days of the deluxe calendar. I think you are missing out on some awesome chances to push yourself harder in the agility workouts if you don’t do the deluxe calendar. In fact, now I feel like I may have missed out on some opportunities to push myself with other Beachbody workout programs by not completing the deluxe workouts.
I don’t think my results from this round are going to be as noticeable because I really didn’t follow the eating plan in these last 30 days as well as I did in the first 30 days. With the Thanksgiving holiday landing right before I started, I ended up eating a lot of leftovers during that time as well as a carton of Mint Chocolate Moosetracks Ice Cream. I didn’t eat it all at once but over a span of probably a week. I don’t normally buy ice cream for this exact reason. I will eat the entire carton too fast.
Once I was done with my Thanksgiving leftovers, it was the start of my Christmas parties. A friend of mine had his house warming party, we had a party at the ambulatory center, I have had a few dinner dates and I am getting ready to have another one this coming Friday.
Once the Christmas and New Year’s holidays are over, I will get back to my 80/20 nutrition rule – eating 80% for health and 20% for fun! I will still share my results but I am not sure they will be all that impressive other then the fact that I have remained consistent in my workouts DESPITE it being the holiday season. It would have been easy to slack on my workouts too but I didn’t so for that I feel I made progress!
