Core De Force DELUXE MMA Speed 2.0 & Core Kinetics

There are TWO new Core De Force workouts EXCLUSIVELY on Beachbody On Demand – MMA Speed 2.0 and MMA Shred 2.0. I decided ins the second week of this round of Core De Force, I was going to trade out MMA Speed for MMA Speed 2.0. I also decided to trade out MMA Shred for MMA Shred 2.0. I already completed all the MMA Speed workouts in the first week when I made the decision. This was my FIRST time completing MMA Speed 2.0.

I liked that it was still short just like the original MMA Speed workout. It was only 6, 3-minute rounds. Joel Freeman & Jericho McMatthews kept it to ONLY 26 minutes. In my opinion the MMA Speed workouts are the least challenging of the entire program. I like that they taper off a bit at the end of the program. Then, they complete it with a bang with two of what I feel are the most challenging workouts – MMA Power & MMA Plyo.

Not only that but we do Core Kinetics almost daily this week. That workout alone is enough to kick us in the butt. I have really had to up my mental game during this program. I have had to force myself to believe I can do 15 minutes of abs at the end of every workout. Through this I have learned that all that matters is your mindset is there. When you have that, everything else falls into place.

I still have not decided which Beachbody program I will complete after this round of Core De Force. I am leaning towards either T25 or Insanity MAX30. I didn’t complete either one of these programs according to their schedules. After 2 rounds of Core De Force I believe I am ready to take them down! I am looking forward to tricking my body once again and continuing to make progress!
