Core De Force DELUXE Calendar MMA Speed Review Day 3

 

You know you really love a workout program when you can do the same workout several times and still have fun doing it. I actually did the MMA Speed workout several times before I even started the 30-day Core De Force program. I had access to a sneak peek of MMA Speed on Beachbody On Demand for being an Elite Beachbody Coach or ending the year in the top 0.01% of the company. I was so excited to start the program that I rotated MMA Speed into my routine at least 1 to 2 times a week.

It is one of the shorter Core De Force workouts but don’t let that fool you. It packs a mean punch – no pun intended! LOL Is is ONLY 6, 3-minute rounds for a total of 26 minutes. The ground to fighter stance still gets me EVERY TIME! I swear, I think this is Joel Freeman’s favorite Core De Force spike. I think he likes to torture us. One of the workouts has ground to fighter stance TWICE as a spike and I am destroyed after that one.

Here is the deal with MMA Speed – when you first start you might get frustrated because you feel like you can’t do the elbow-knee combinations well. Just keep going! I was getting so annoyed with myself when I first tried this workout because my body was having a hard time getting the moves down. However, after completing it a few times, I got it! Now I think I could speak and do the elbow-knee combinations in my sleep. Maybe not the ground to fighter stance spike! Ha!

I again am posting this blog post late and can’t remember what I ate for the rest of the day so I am simply showing you how I start my morning. I also have been overeating a lot considering it is a holiday weekend and I have a lot of leftovers I need to finish before I head out to Las Vegas for the Eric Worre Go Pro Mastery Event with Tony Robbins and Sir Richard Branson this weekend. I promise to get back to food journaling again soon so you can get a good idea of what it is I eat!
