Core De Force DELUXE MMA Plyo & Core Kinetics
Day 30 of Core De Force DELUXE is here! It is Christmas day and I am in Michigan visiting with my family. When I told my mom yesterday that I was going to workout first thing in the morning today, she said “But tomorrow is Christmas Day.” To me, that is not an excuse not to workout but rather a REASON TO workout.
I knew I would be overeating massively today. I might as well burn some calories before the festivities begin. Otherwise, I am eating extra empty calories AND not burning any today. Why would I want to NOT workout on this day?! To me it makes more sense to get in my 45-minute sweat session. What about you?
To be honest, I did better with my eating then I have done in previous years on Christmas Day. I am not saying I didn’t overeat. I had lots of food, wine, dessert, you name it. BUT I didn’t feel guilty about what I ate. I know this is once a year on a special occasion and I am going to enjoy myself. I will get back on the clean and healthy eating train once the holidays are 100% over! AND at least I got in a good calorie burn this morning.
You can make anything an excuse not to workout OR you can make it a reason TO workout. It is totally up to you! I had a goal of completing this program in 30 days. I was already over by 1 day…completing it in 31 days. However, I didn’t push these workouts off another day. When you have a goal and a plan, you take ACTION! 🙂 “A goal without a plan is just a wish.” I am NOT wishing. I am working for it and that includes Christmas Day!

I can’t accurately report what I had to eat today. There was so much wine and so many treats I don’t even remember all I ate. Instead of giving you inaccurate information, I am just going to share what my morning looked liked. 🙂 After that, there is no telling what I had to eat!
