When I first completed the Core De Force Power Sculpt workout it was really hard for me. I had to modify some of the moves and I didn’t have as much strength in my body. I know it can be really frustrating sometimes when we first start a new program and we feel like we can’t do it. This went thru my mind even the first time I completed MMA Speed. I was totally frustrated with myself and didn’t think I would do well with this program. I am here to tell you STICK WITH IT! You will get better and you WILL see results.

I also want to urge you if you try the first workout or even the first week of the Core De Force program and you think you aren’t going to like it, give it more time. If you are like me, then I am not a big fan of anything new when I first start it. Insanity was my soulmate workout over 5 years ago now. I LOVED Insanity and I LOVED Shaun T even more. I was very hesitant to venture out and try other programs.

I ended up starting Chalene Johnson’s TurboFire program and at first, I HATED IT! I told my Beachbody Coach that I was not a fan of Chalene nor TurboFire. I did this with several other Beachbody programs until one day my Beachbody Coach told me, “You say that about every program and then you end up loving it.” That is the exact moment I realized it was true and I stopped judging new programs by the first couple of workouts. I gave it all of them several more tries and later even ended up becoming TurboKick Certified! Ha!

So my advice is always if at first you don’t like a new Beachbody workout program, try, try again. If after a couple of weeks you still hate it, then return it and get something else. Also, TRUST the process. If you aren’t seeing results right away, it doesn’t mean you won’t. Putting weight on took time and taking it off will take time. Toning, strengthening, increasing cardiovascular endurance all takes time as well! 🙂

I again am posting this blog post late and can’t remember what I ate for the rest of the day so I am simply showing you how I start my morning. I also have been overeating a lot considering it is a holiday weekend and I have a lot of leftovers I need to finish before I head out to Las Vegas for the Eric Worre Go Pro Mastery Event with Tony Robbins and Sir Richard Branson this weekend. I promise to get back to food journaling again soon so you can get a good idea of what it is I eat!
