Core De Force DELUXE Calendar MMA Shred Review Day 5
The Core De Force MMA Shred workout has quickly become one of my favorites. A little longer then MMA Speed but shorter then MMA Power or MMA Plyo. In the last half of the Core De Force base calendar you will often see this workout paired up with Core Kinetics. Sometimes you will even see MMA Power or MMA Plyo paired with Core Kinetics. Any of the MMA workouts paired with Core Kinetics after is sure to be challenging. I give it all I have during the elbow-knee combinations AND the spikes and the thought of a 15 minute ab workout after is mind blowing.
My best advice for days like this is: DON’T thin about it. Just DO IT! The minute I start thinking about the 15 minutes of core work at the end is the moment I let me mind think I can’t do it. With several other programs like 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME I would convince myself that if I took a break in between the main workout and the core workout it would be better. What ended up happening though was I would end up skipping the core workout and would have to add it on during another hard day that week. I learned with Core De Force that it is better to just push through and get it done. Don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill. You CAN do it and once you are done, you will feel so good!

I again am posting this blog post late and can’t remember what I ate for the rest of the day so I am simply showing you how I start my morning. I also have been overeating a lot considering it is a holiday weekend and I have a lot of leftovers I need to finish before I head out to Las Vegas for the Eric Worre Go Pro Mastery Event with Tony Robbins and Sir Richard Branson this weekend. I promise to get back to food journaling again soon so you can get a good idea of what it is I eat!
