Core De Force DELUXE Calendar Agility Strength Review Day 6

OMG this was my FIRST attempt at one of the Core De Force Agility Strength workout. I really had NO IDEA what to expect with this and I was pleasantly surprised with the workout. After 30 days of any program, I am usually bored and ready to move on. I loved the Core De Force program and the results I was seeing – increased strength, stamina and cardiovascular endurance – so much that I decided to give the 30-day Core De Force DELUXE program a whirl.

The deluxe calendar has THREE new workouts – Agility Strength, Agility Power, and MMA Kick Butt. I was pleasantly surprised that we were to use the agility ladder from Insanity Asylum with the Core De Force Agility Strength workout today. While my cardiovascular endurance and stamina have increased, this workout was extremely challenging for me.

There were NINE, 3-minute rounds and the workout was 37 minutes long. Each round consisted of 1-minute of MMA inspired moves through the ladder followed by a 30-second spike in the plank position. Then, we repeated the 1-minute MMA inspired moves through the ladder and the 30-second spike. This completed ONE 3-minute round and then we moved onto the next round. I can’t remember the name of the move right now but the toughest move for me was the twisting punch through the ladder in the upright position. I will find out when I do the workout again and let you know the name of it! Do not get discouraged if you have been CRUSHING your Core De Force workouts and Agility Strength knocks you on your butt! It did for me and I was feeling like a total bad*** before it did. I am looking forward to seeing what the other 2 Core De Force DELUXE workouts have in store for me.

I again am posting this blog post late and can’t remember what I ate for the rest of the day so I am simply showing you how I start my morning. I also have been overeating a lot considering it is a holiday weekend and I have a lot of leftovers I need to finish before I head out to Las Vegas for the Eric Worre Go Pro Mastery Event with Tony Robbins and Sir Richard Branson this weekend. I promise to get back to food journaling again soon so you can get a good idea of what it is I eat!
