Forgiveness Of Others
I used to believe that forgiveness meant forgiving others for their “wrongs” against us. However, I have learned through recent experiences that believing someone “wronged” us is a choice. 👌
I used to make that choice often & allow others to “hurt my feelings.” 😳
Who else can relate to being “sensitive?” Raise your hand! 🙋
I was too…but we don’t have to continue to choose to be this way. 🙌
By engaging in personal development & taking quiet time with Source every morning, I have learned that we are 100% whole, complete & perfect. With this new belief system, I recognize that if I am whole & complete without anyone or anything, I am safe. 🙏💓
Nothing or no one can harm us.
Thus, we can choose to no longer feel hurt by anything anyone does.
Okay, well maybe we can feel hurt for a short period of time…like second or minutes. But instead of holding onto that feeling for months or even years, we can take time to journal out our feelings & then let it go. ✌️
Journaling is extremely therapeutic. It helps me remember that each person is just showing up who they are. They are also 100% perfect, whole & complete. They are on their own healing journey just like me. So instead of taking it personally, I can choose to show myself love & show them compassion. 😻
Forgiveness Of Self
Since we really have nothing to forgive others for…the only thing standing in the way of inner peace is lack of forgiveness of ourselves for mistakes we made in the past.
How do we do this?
We learn to see with the eyes of Source. We learn to accept that nothing exists apart from Him.❣️
Since He is Love. 🙏
And nothing exists apart from Love. 💕
Anything we ever did in the past that was not loving towards ourselves or others…was not real & no longer exists. 👏👏👏
So we can find peace in the fact that all of our past except Love & beauty is gone. Only blessings remain. And that my friends is the way to true inner peace. ✌️
