Get Prepped For The 21-Day Fix or 21-Day Fix EXTREME

You may or may not know that Carl Diakeler, the CEO of Beachbody, has decided to create a 21-Day Fix EXTREME infomercial using real people’s results. Yep, you heard me correctly! ANYONE has the chance to be in the infomercial for their results.

You simple have to enter by July 6th and complete the 21-Day Fix EXTREME program by July 27th to be eligible to share your story in the infomercial.

This image is from the first time I completed the 21-Day Fix EXTREME as a Coach test group participant. I am not going to lie…I haven’t followed a program exactly as laid out since I completed this program for the test group almost 2 years ago. This is part of the reason I decided to go ALL IN with the program once again and possible be featured in the infomercial to boot!

Of course, once I made the decision to take part in this, I want into compete preparation mode. This got me to thinking what do I need to do to get prepped for the 21-Day Fix or 21-Day Fix EXTREME and I figured a lot of people that same question.

This is why I have decided to blog my entire 21-Day Fix EXTREME journey…so I can share it with you and you maybe better prepared to start your own transformation with the 21-Day Fix EXTREME.

So about a week before the challenge, I started working on my meal plan and decided when I would workout each day. For me, it is better if I workout first thing in the morning before I have time to make an excuse not to do it.

As far as my 21-Day Fix EXTREME meal plan, I decided to plan out all my meals for one week so I make it super simple for myself to follow. I forgot to mention that I am going to be completing this round as a complete 100% VEGAN. I will be replacing all animal protein with beans, legumes, Vegan Shakeology, and fake “meat!”

As you can see most of my 21-Day Fix EXTREME meals are super simple, won’t take a lot time, and won’t cost me a lot of money. Anyone can truly complete this program if they are willing to put in the work. If you are new to working out, I definitely recommend following the modifier. If your nutrition is extremely poor, you can start with doing JUST the 21-Day Fix EXTREME Meal Plan and not the countdown to competition plan. Once you get the hang of the workouts and the meal plan you can work your way up to making it more challenging for yourself!
