My week 6 Insanity MAX:30 schedule is as follows:

Day 1: Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Cardio
Day 2: Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Power
Day 3: Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Sweat
Day 4: Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength
Day 5: Insanity MAX:30 Friday Fight Round 2
Day 6: Rest or Insanity MAX:30 Pulse
Day 7: Rest

Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Sweat Workout Review

Today’s Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Sweat workout was my best workout for month 2 so far. By best workout I mean I was able to keep up with the video more than I have been up until this point and I didn’t feel like I was dying too much. It could just be my energy levels are super high today but I am guessing it is because my endurance is improving in this second week of month two.

If you have been following along on my Insanity MAX:30 transformation journey, you know that I have tried to complete the program twice and quit. It was in the last week of month 1 or in the first or second week of month two that I gave up in the past. Most likely it is when I started my month 2 workouts because I was ready to give up again this time.

Instead, I kept pushing through and not here I am saying this was my best workout yet. You never know how far you can push your limits until you actually try to push them. If you stay in your comfort zone all the time than you will never know how far you can take your progress. Comfort zones are great and comfortable but nothing grows there. It is when we get outside of it that the true magic happens.

Definitely getting outside of my comfort zone with this program. Shaun T is pushing me to the max and I love how he motivates in the videos. He talks about our minds being stronger than our bodies. Our bodies can be telling us no but our minds can overcome and make our bodies move. So move with me and complete my Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Sweat workout below!

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).

I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.

Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
