One of the perks of being an Elite Beachbody Coach…in the top 0.01% of all Beachbody coaching teams is we get a sneak peek of the newest Beachbody workout programs and supplements before they are even launched. I have watched the past 2 years as other coaches posted their videos of the newest workouts before their launch and always wished I could have a sneak peek. Well, my third year as I coach I achieved the title of Elite Beachbody Coach and am now get to share those rewards with all of you! I already shared my preview and review of Shaun T’s newest program CIZE that will be launched in July 2015. Now I would like to share with you my review of the Beachbody Performance System Supplements Line. Tony Horton swears they are “like crack” and he doesn’t care what is in them. He wants more of this stuff. I started them exactly one week ago and would like to share my honest feedback.

What is the Beachbody Performance System Supplements Line?

First off, let me share with you what you will be available as a part of the Beachbody Performance System Supplements Line.  There are several supplements that will be available to you upon their launch in July 2015.

Beachbody Performance Energize Pre-Workout formula. This is for pre-workout energy. It was created to improve exercise performance, reduce lactic acid build up and sharpen focus on reaction time.

Beachbody Performance Hydrate is better than drinking water alone and better than high sugar sports drinks. It was created to maximize fluid absorption and replace key electrolytes that are lost during sweating.

Beachbody Performance Recover combines the proper amount of fast, medium and slow release proteins with key phytonutrients that have been shown to reduce muscle soreness.

Beachbody Performance Recharge was created to reduce soreness and promote muscle recovery overnight. Combines slow releasing casein protein known to promote muscle protein synthesis and reduce breakdown.

Who should use the Beachbody Performance System Supplements Line?

Anyone who would like to take their fitness to the next level. These supplements were created to improve exercise performance, maximize recovery after a workout, and optimize overnight muscle recovery. It was developed by Harvard scientists and Dr. Nima Alamdari, PhD a Harvard Trained Exercise Physiologist!

How do I use the Beachbody Performance System Supplements Line?

I created a video to share how easy the supplements are to use…

 

Beachbody Energize Pre-Workout Formula: mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water and drink 30 minutes before you workout.

Beachbody Performance Hydrate: mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water for a 30 minute workout or 2 scoops with 16 ounces of water for a 1 hour workout. Drink while working out.

Beachbody Performance Recover: mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water and drink within 30 minutes of completing your workout. Add 2 scoops of creatine if desired.

Beachbody Performance Recharge: mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water and drink within 1 hour of going to sleep.
