Review Insanity MAX:30 Friday Fight 2 Workout

Shaun T says Insanity MAX:30 Friday Fight 2 is the hardest workout he has ever made. I would have to agree that this workout is challenging but it is doable. Don’t be afraid to modify when needed. Being in great shape myself I didn’t think I would need to modify month 2 as much as I have. Modifying has been my best friend during this workout program.

Excited to report that I had to modify a lot less of this workout this week than I did last week. Modifications didn’t start until minute 22 for me this time around and last week I think I modified right in the beginning. Can’t remember at exactly which minute mark but I know it was earlier than I did this week!

Morning workouts are my usual but today I decided to give myself a break from my morning workout and do it in the evening. Spending the entire morning completing my taxes was enough for me to make sure I got moving in the evening! Taking a step back from my business in 2016, I thought for sure I was going to see my business go backwards too but it actually grew. Super surprising to me but I will take that over it going backwards!

No one actually guessed what was in the box but I still posted up what was in the box. It was my post-workout Beachbody Performance Recover. Orange Recover is my favorite flavor because it tastes like an orange creamsicle. Chocolate is another flavor that is available but I don’t like it as much as the orange. Post workout is where it is at and if want a good one, this is a great one to try!

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).

I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.

Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
