Review Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength Workout

Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength has been by far the toughest workout for me during month two! If you have been following along on my journey, you know that the Tabata workouts were the toughest workouts for me during month 1 – Tabata Strength and Tabata Power. Shaun T really kicks my booty in these style of workout so get prepared to be challenged and work hard!

This is the only workout in the entire Insanity MAX:30 program so far that I can’t complete without maxing out. Today, for some reason seemed harder than last week and not I am not sure why. Maybe it is because last week I was having such a hard time with all the month 2 workouts so they all just kind of blended together. I have had a better handle on the workouts this week up until now.

Not sure what my max out time was but I maxed out during the push up round, had to take a couple of breaks during the abdominal round and had to take several breaks during the triceps round.  Ended up repeating the lower body round twice because I wanted to post that round on Facebook for my followers. It isn’t that I think others can’t do the other rounds but I just don’t to scare people away from trying this workout.

You will notice I share a little story about one of my clients in the video clip but I didn’t really finish the story. She approached me to join my Beachbody Challenge Group and when we hopped on the phone to discuss her options she had a lot of negative things to say about herself. Jessica said things like, “I am too busy, I am a mom, I don’t ever eat well, and I have no will power.”

A little encouragement from someone else can go a long way. We talked about it and I told her she can do this. Working through her negative thinking and fears left her feeling like I was right and that she could do this. Jess went on to be the winner of our January Health Bet Challenge Group, engaging more than anyone else in the group, losing a total of 5 inches off her body, gaining back confidence, a more positive outlook and some new friends!

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).

I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.

Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
