Power 90 can provide the results that it does thanks to an idea that Tony Horton calls Sectional Progression. This training technique is one in which every movement is utilized to target a specific zone for maximum burning and toning. To compliment this technique participants will get the power-sculpting band. This high resistance band provides you with the proper amount of resistance throughout every exercise. Power 90 has been proven to give participants the desired outcome as a result of its brilliantly designed time frame. The program will not give you results overnight. You will start to see progression over the course of a few weeks and months, but the transformation is to be expected by day 90.
You will need a working TV and DVD player in order to watch the workout DVD’s as a part of the workout. With the exception of the resistance band that is provided as a part of the Power 90 program, no additional fitness equipment is needed. Personal Review: I think that Power 90 is an extremely underrated and wonderful at home fitness program. It is also very reasonably priced at a price much cheaper than most other good programs that you’ll find on the market today. In order to receive the desired results, though, it requires commitment and dedication on behalf of the participant. This refers to staying true to the workout program, maintaining a healthy diet, and staying motivated. If you see yourself as being this type of person that either has or can attain the necessary discipline for Power 90, this is the perfect workout program that can provide you with the results of weight loss and muscle tone that you’re looking for.
