Today’s workout is Shaun Week Insane Focus Insane Weights. I love when Shaun T adds weights to a workout because I know I am in for a challenge!

What Can You Expect From Shaun Week Insane Focus Insane Weights?

This was my second attempt at Insane weights and I enjoyed it more the second time around!

The workout consists of moves and we perform each move for 1 full minute straight. There are no breaks in between moves. Β The workout is 27 minutes and that is including the warm and cool down. I was going strong until I had 10 minutes left on the clock and I was like, “Dannnngg, I still have 10 minutes left?!” Not that I was bored with the workout but I was pushing hard and my body and mind were feeling challenged!

The most challenge choreography move for me the Scissor Power Knee move took a little time to get down. As far as being challenged cardio-wise, the frog jump/diamond jump and iron leg (lunge/lunge/squat/crisscross) were the toughest!Β I asked my Beachbody Accountability Challenge group what the hardest moves for them were and some said all, but a more than a few said the iron leg was for them too!
