The Master’s Hammer and Chisel REVIEW Day 1

The day has finally come…The Master’s Hammer and Chisel has officially been launched and here is my The Master’s Hammer and Chisel REVIEW of day 1! Our team will be hosting a virtual The Master’s Hammer and Chisel test group starting January 4th, 2016. The purpose of the test group is to follow the program, workouts & meal plan to a T so we can showcase the amazing results that can be achieved with the program. I couldn’t wait to start it, of course, so I am going to be working my way through month 1 in December and will be continuing with month 2 when the official group kicks off in January. I will be sharing my experience with you as a go so be sure to check back to this page regularly for important updates!

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel Workouts

So for day 1 I had to complete Chisel Balance with The Chisel herself, Autumn Calabrese. I thought Chisel balance, awe this is going to be so easy. Probably some yoga moves, stretching and girly stuff. I should have known better. Autumn never does easy workouts. Even her Yoga and Pilates are challenging in the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix EXTREME. I was in for a treat because I honestly loved the variety of moves that were showcased in this workout. It is NOT the same old moves from other programs we have seen in the past. She didn’t repeat one single move that she did in the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix EXTREME. She used a bunch and free weights in ways I have never seen and I truly loved it. My review after day 1 is this isn’t your mama’s workout. This is going to be a new way of working out and I am excited for the variety it will add to my life! Here is a short video preview of The Master’s Hammer and Chisel – Chisel Balance.

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel Meal Plan

I haven’t received my physical copy of Hammer and Chisel yet. I accessed the calendar and workout from Beachbody On Demand live streaming. I am not yet sure what the meal plan entails but my plan is to follow the 21 Day Fix meal plan and move myself up 1 calorie bracket. I am supposed to be in the 1,200 to 1,499 calorie bracket based on my weight and activity level but I plan to eat at the 1,500 to 1,799 calorie bracket level. I did this with the 21 Day Fix EXTREME coach test group and it worked really well for me! I am not going to lie I didn’t follow the meal plan the first day but I am checking into my virtual accountability group daily to get the support and motivation I need to follow the meal plan.

The Master’s Hammer and Chisel Results

Well I just started so I can’t say I can see any results yet but I was sore after day 1 and I plan to use the Beachbody Performance Line Vanilla Recharge to hopefully reduce my post workout soreness throughout this program.
