Day 4: Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength
Day 5: Insanity MAX:30 Friday Fight Round 2
Day 6: Rest or Insanity MAX:30 Pulse
Day 7: Rest

Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Cardio Workout

As many of you know, working as a Nurse Anesthetist leaves me feeling pretty tired and it would have been super easy for me to skip my Insanity MAX:30 Cardio Challenge today. Skipping was NOT an option for me today though because I have my goal to think about. Being on track to meet that goal, which is to complete the entire Insanity MAX:30 program in 60 days, means not skipping my workout today. This is why it is extremely important to set a goal, know what your goals are and always keep them in front of you. If you don’t do this, it will be easy to find reasons not to workout, eat right and take care of your body.

My mom is coming into town from Michigan on Wednesday of this week and I know I am going to push my Max Out Sweat workout back to Thursday. I know this in advance because I have to work another anesthesia shift in the morning for 30 hours before I pick her up from the airport at 10:30. Scheduling out my week last night revealed that for sure I will NOT be getting my workout in before I pick her up and I am sure I won’t once she is here that day either.

During the rest of my mom’s trip here, I will definitely complete my Insanity MAX:30 workouts. Heck, I may even get my mom to do the workouts with me and just follow the modifier. She has been going to the gym in Michigan and the last time she was here she did my Beachbody workout with me. We can make it a family affair! Instead of using my mom’s visit as an excuse NOT to workout, I am using it as a reason to get my workout in first thing in the morning before we go on our adventures together!

6:00 Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Cardio

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).

I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.

Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
