Week 7 Review Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength Workout
I kept saying I didn’t know which month 2 workout was the most challenging but today I can say that so far the Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength workout has been the MOST challenging workout of month 2 for me! That could change tomorrow when I complete Friday Fight 2 but for now that is what I am feeling.
Every time I complete one of Shaun T’s strength workouts I feel like I weakling! For sure, I am NOT a weakling, especially after finishing month 1 of Insanity MAX:30 and 2 rounds of Beachbody’s Core De Force prior to this! This must mean that Shaun T developed some pretty INSANE strength workouts for this program.
Trying to complete 45 seconds of pushups with a 15 second break in between and then 45 more seconds of pushups is INSANE! Tricep pushups AND regular pushups! It doesn’t really matter which one you are going. Both are HARD and get ready to challenge your upper body strength during your Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Strength workout!
Don’t feel discouraged if you need to modify almost your entire workout today! Modifications were my BEST friend today and I modified the MAJORITY of today’s workouts. Pushups are NOT my friend but they are growing on me with this program and after Core De Force!

Forgot to mention that I doubled up on my workout today because I really wanted to take a bike ride down the intracoastal. All I can say is I am glad today’s Insanity MAX:30 workout was a lot of upper body. My legs did feel like jello a bit but I was able to finish the bike ride without stopping!

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).
I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.
Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
