Week 8 Review Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Power Workout
My Insanity MAX:30 Max Out Power Workout today was of course the best one so far during month two! Four weeks into month 2 and I am finally able to complete almost the entire Max Out Power workout WITHOUT modifying. The only part of the workout I still needed to modify a ton today was the pushups but I was able to do all of the cardio move without modifying.

The top video is week 1 and the bottom video is week 2. As you can see I can hardly do the move in the first week and I start modifying less than halfway through. In week 4, I am able to complete the entire minute WITHOUT modifying! Now that is a feeling of accomplishment!
Completing this program in 60 days was my only goal BUT I love the fact that I have gained even more cardiovascular endurance with Insanity MAX:30. Two rounds of Core De Force prior to MAX:30 really helped with my endurance but this program took it even further. That is the beauty of stepping outside of our comfort zones. Sometimes we can pleasantly surprise ourselves and push past the limits we had previously set for ourselves! I feel like I could go run a marathon or something now! We just never know how far we can push ourselves until we try!

If you are ready to start your Insanity MAX:30 transformation, please fill out the Beachbody Challenge application below. Currently we are only in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico but Beachbody will be expanding internationally this year (2017).
I am not sure where to yet but my guess is it will be somewhere in Europe. Beachbody UK already has a large Beachbody live brand and being that the common language is English, that would seem to make the most sense.
Please don’t take this as an official announcement because it is simply my best GUESS! I can’t say for sure AT ALL where Beachbody will be expanding internationally until it is officially announced by the company.
