What Is Core De Force? Join The Top Coach Exclusive Test Group!
The Core De Force Program is an MMA style DVD home fitness program that will transform your body in 30 days. Core De Force is a 30 day total body transformation program that will rock your body and your world. The only equipment you need for the Core De Force program is you. No weights or cumbersome gym equipment. Just you and your mat if you like to use a mat!
The Core De Force program is an MMA inspired program. You will punch and kick your way to a new you as you complete the 3-minute “rounds.” During the rounds, you will perform 1-minute of boxing, kickboxing and perform Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations using only your bodyweight. Then, you will perform 30-second cardio spikes to get your heart rate up and help you lose belly fat and shred your body. Then, you will keep repeating the alternating 1-minute knee-elbow combinations and 30-minute spikes until your 3-minute bell rings. Ding ding! 🙂
I have completed the Core De Force MMA Speed workout several times as a preview before the official Core De Force launch. What I found was, if you just focus on punching and kicking hard for those 3-minute rounds, the workout will be over before you know it! It definitely got my heart rate up and I was sweating and winded at the end of the 30-minute workout. What Is Core De Force?
Core De Force is 30-day home fitness program that will transform your entire body. The Core De Force Program was created by Super Trainer’s Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthew. It is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that is will tone your midsection, help you lose inches and tighten and tone your entire body with no equipment.
If you don’t think you can keep up with the moves, don’t worry, Beachbody has you covered. There is a learn it & work it section in the Core De Force Program that breaks down the moves for each workout. You can learn all the moves before you even begin the workout. I am new to MMA style workouts and I was able to get them down without doing the preview. However, If you need it, the preview can give you the confidence to punch and kick your way to a new body!
Unlike, TurboKick or TurboFire, Core De Force is not a choreographed dance type kickboxing workout, on a beat or rhythm. Joel or Jericho simply preview the moves and then you complete the 3-minute rounds at your own pace. The Core De Force Program also offers a modifier during every workout. You can always start there and then increase you intensity to the unmodified version once you get the hang of things.
Another great part of the Core De Force program is that you are just using your own body weight. This is a zero equipment needed program making it easy to do even if you don’t have weights at home, very little room to workout or travel a lot. Core De Force can break down those barriers to getting fit you have been holding for years because of it’s ease and simplicity. All you need to do is show up and press play daily and my accountability group is designed to create an environment that is conducive to you using the program and getting results!
Who Is Core De Force For?
Core De Force is for anyone and everyone. If you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced in your fitness level, you can do the Core De Force program. You can always start with the modifier and then increase the intensity as you go. Just select the modifier when you are starting your workout and you will have a split screen playing the modifier track. If you think you will struggle with the moves, check out the learn it and work it section for all move breakdowns.
Each elbow-knee combination move during the Core De Force workouts is rotational, giving you a 360-degree core workout that will tighten up your entire midsection when you push play. People always ask me how to work your abs, well here you go…simply start and complete the Core De Force program.
What Is The Core De Force Meal Plan?
The nutrition guide is simple, clean, portion control just like the 21-Day Fix Meal Plan. You will not receive another set of 21-Day Fix containers with the program unless you order them separately. It is important that you get well balanced nutrition during this program. Results with any program are 70 to 80% what you use to fuel your body so be sure to follow the nutrition plan at least 80% of the time in order to get results!
How Long Are The Core De Force Workouts? How Long Is The Core De Force Program?
The workouts are 30-45 minutes and you workout 6 days a week with one stretch day. The Core De Force program is a 30-day program.

MMA Speed: Upper body and core focused boxing influenced workout. (27 minutes)
MMA Shred: Muay Thai inspired elbow and kicks for total body shred. (37 minutes)
MMA Power: Uses explosive and defensive style movements in this fast paced cardio conditioning workout (47 minutes)
MMA Plyo: Muay Thai and plyometrics in one workout. (47 minutes)
Power Sculpt: Total body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to lean and sculpt. (37 minutes)
Dynamic Strength: Low on impact but high on intensity. (47 minutes)
Active Recovery: Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day that focuses on form and technique to help fight fatigue and sore muscles. (21 minutes)
Core De Force Relief: A quick 5 minutes stretch before bed session. (5 minutes)
Team Beachbody Exclusive MMA Mashup: All the best Core De Force moves in one workout. (26 minutes)
Core Kinetics: A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements.
5 minute Core on the Floor: The ultimate core finisher. All 5-minute challenging plank movements that gets your abs on fire.
Core De Force Advanced Workouts
Agility Strength: Combines fast footwork drills with body weight resistance to help improve coordination and blast major calories. (9 rounds- 37 minutes).
Agility Power: Grab your agility ladder and rip through multifunctional training that ignites every muscle and helps shred fat for serious definition (6 rounds-27 minutes).
MMA Kick Butt: This workout is meant to target your legs and butt with nonstop mix of powerful kicks and calorie burning conditioning spikes (9 rounds- 37 minutes).
